It doesn't seem possible that four weeks of school have already passed. I have all of your son's and daughter's grades entered in the computer. Ask for the current English average tomorrow.
The seventh graders have a major exam on genres of literature Wednesday, September 29. Be sure they study.
Ninth graders are doing The Odyssey. I love this epic. I hope to instill this love in them.
The passing grade in seventh grade now is 65. I hope this doesn't make the students work less hard. I encourage them all to strive for the top, not to do enough just to get by.
I will be telling your son or daughter his or her average this Monday on the nineteenth. The grades are pretty good so far.
